MendelMax 1.5 RepRap printer (Deluxe kit from 3dfactory) with Utilbots Zmax height upgrade, for a build window of 9.75" x 11" x 9.75"

This is a full built and functional RepRap printer and will be supplied with all Software and Files to print right away. When you buy a kit you are responsible for all software setup and hardware adjustments. This allows you to make the printer print the way you want. Takes a lot of time to make work, but is always upgradeable by you and you can do anything you want to or with it, not set by a specific manufacture. Your other option is to buy a prebuilt unit, but with a print envelope of this size and hardware can cost thousands of dollars to start and you still need to do a bunch of software setup, plus you are limited to any upgrades that may or may not be available by that manufacturer.
I can run down a full tutorial on how to use the printer and provide links to Hrs of reading material on how the printer works and the software involved.
Printer prints ABS, PLA, and nylon filament with a 3mm size, many rolls provided
Please note that everything is provided to print right away, but with a 3d printer there is always something to tweak or change to get the print type and quality of your desire. No 3d printer is a just set and forget, the technology is still evolving with each day that passes to be at some point set and forget. Some skills that you need if you wish to make changes are a basic knowledge of hardware, need basic soldering skills if you wish to change or upgrade electronics, software install and operation

Extras, spare J-Head that has been used only to test, this gives either a spare for the existing printer or allow you to setup dual extruders, for which I have made and purchased most of the parts to complete.
I have converted the X-Carraige to a quick change design, I have links to thingiverse and creators website
Many other spare parts have been printed or bought for upgrades or spares, such as extruder bodies, carriage adapters, stepper motors, screws and other mounting hardware, extruder gears, PTFE tube for inside extruder bodies, all hardware for dual Bowden extruders(PTFE Tube, Pneumatic connectors(10 and not easy to come by) many of the printed plastic parts needed, bearings for many applications, mechanical end stops, extra extruded aluminum channel and printer mounting hardware, nylon wire guides, all cabling, extra extruder hobbed bolts, belts, connectors, cooling fans and Much more
Include multiple rolls of 3mm ABS (blue, black, clear, white), some of which has been used, white 3mm PLA, new 3mm 1 pound role of Taulman t-glass (premier ground breaking nylon filament, 33$ on its own) Some of this filament needs to go through a dehumidify process (The Taulman and the roll of PLA provided)(heat stove for multiple hours) filament runs 25-35$ a 3lb role
Have multiple sheets of glass cut for the bed so that you can have many build sheets ready to use one after the other and tape included for each type of plastic.
Added large screen LCD Readout, that includes SD card reader so you can manage all of the printer stand alone and not need computer attached, this is an advantage with multi hour prints. Then printed a case for it and mounted on printer
Have large roll Kapton and blue masking tape for ABS and PLA Printing on glass plates
Have all STL files for all of the printed parts and more
Have assembly files
Have a full working Firmware file set of Marlin firmware (Took countless hours to tune)
Have full Slic3r files modified and tweaked for many print speeds, filament types, print resolutions (Took days worth of time to tweak and setup)
3d printed cooling fan for ABS and PLA Printing, wired and setup in firmware
Enclosed electronics with cooling fan installed
Extruder cooling fan for PLA and some ABS printing depending on demands, wiring and custom fan duct installed
Mixed ABS Solution for print adhesion and will share info as well

When you leave you will know everything about the printer, the software to use it, documentation on basic settings for included filament, and links to all info you should need now and in the future.

Thousands in total parts, kits, and supplies
Let alone the countless hours printing upgrades to printer, and the time spent to tweak and create all software and firmware

Local pickup only, in Faribault, MN 30 min south of twin cities area
