3D Printer Zmorph has a set of replaceable printheads. You can print out materials such as PLA, ABS, Nylon, ceramics, chocolate and cake or use it for engraving, laser cutting, 5-axis milling or driving the photo camera shutter.
Fully assembled, tested and working - manufactured to order. Product includes : - ZMorph 3D personal fabricator, able to work with materials such as ABS, PLA plastics, wood (milling), policarbonate, ceramics and chocolate !
ZMORPH 2.0 SPECIFICATION:
CONSTRUCTION: Aluminum 3 mm and 6 mm (precise and very rigid frame), other parts are made of 3 mm translucent polycarbonate and ABS
WORK AREA: 250 x 235 x 165 mm (max. 300 x 235 x 165 mm using a special table)
MATERIALS: ABS, PLA, nylon (Taulman or other source), ceramics, cake and chocolate, metal engraving
TYPES OF NOZZLE: Replacement head with a diameter of 0.4 mm. Possible to buy additionall nozzles with hole 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm

RECOMMENDED SPEED PRINTING WITH ABS FOR LAYER THICKNESS 0.3 mm: 60-150 mm/s, depending on the desired print quality. Higher speeds are possible when printing on lower layers, in addition, faster printing using PLA

Now you can attach this amazing device to one of toolhead connection sockets, and you can drive your DSLR camera shutter any time you want. The only thing you need is to add M150 to your gcode file (for example at layer change), and get amazing time-lapses of your prints.
ZMorph Personal Fabricator is designed in modular way. Replacement and maitenance of extruder, heated build platform or electronics are user friendly and even person without technical knowledge can easy do it.
Exchangable toolhead allows extrusion of medium density ceramics mass.
Working: Device produces high pressure by using piston. Mass is extruded outside by 1,5mm diameter nozzle.
By suitable settings it can give good quality of product.
mount for dremel tool, for easy engraving cutting and milling
Dremel mount allows cutting and CNC engraving which effectively converts ZMorph to a fully functional milling machine. You need to replace your standard plastic extruder with dremel mount, position the dremel inside, and secure with 4 screws.
Before proceeding, make sure you home X and Y axis, and position material on the work table. Don't home Z axis - the level of the tool will be controlled by Voxelizer software, and it's settings.
To create milled/cut elements load DXF geometry to Voxelizer, and generate the toolpath. Once this is done hit 'PRINT' button to run the procedure. You can pause it at any moment by pressing 'Pause' button on front panel of the machine.

Dremel is not included. Price refers only to the mount!

Food mass is automatically charged to specially designed pump.
Extruder doesn't contains heated parts.
