The AluhotendV5A-1.75mm is built on the V4 Aluhotend, designed for general use high resolution printing with PLA , ABS and NYLON, The nozzle size is 0.3mm and the hotend comes assembled and ready for use at temperatures up to 245c. It features a PTFE liner for a high degree of reliability ,This hotend requires a fan blowing on the heatsink for proper operation.

Just ordered one! Cant wait to use it. Thanks

Ordered two and printed both PLA and ABS.
PLA jammed not long after use as it needs proper fan blowing on the fins at all times.

ABS on the other hand printed brilliantly (with a fan blowing over the fins) and there are no jams/issues after 1kg of ABS printing; some of the prints run over 46 hours!
I am going to try out PLA again with more aggressive cooling.

Fantastic hotend and will buy again in the future. Keep up the good work mate!
