The most stringent quality control procedures, each filament line go through over 1.85mm nozzle tube to 
ensure jam free,inpurities free.


 
     There are lots of factory can do like laser detect on line,eye sight detect and hand calipter detect, 
but it is far away  enough. For example, once find a problem and do again,how to stop the working machine,it is a long time and complex work?
      And, the laser detect will scan every 0.2 second, it is just 0.002 second for a inpurities 
which length 2mm  pass,even the laser machine can catch this accident data, human can't sense it .More over, it is impossible
 require for a worker keeping see the laser data screen for 24 hours and no fling . So some inpurities ,knot are undetected.
For every users of 3d printer know, each point of accident will make nozzle jam.
     We begin to add a new procedure first in China that all filament go through a 1.85mm nozzle tube
 to avoid inpurities and knot.In this experient we find the inpurities are not compate with plastic resin, even once that is a tiny point ,will be detected and filament will break with stretch tensile and inertia , to make knot free and inpurities free.

Printing suggestions

	1)not required heat on bed, stick with 3M scotch blue tape or glass plate;

	2)nozzle temerature suggest 210-230 degree, printing rate 75-85mm/min, not suggest faster;

	3)layer thick 0.1mm+, not suggest smaller to make machine over load or shaking ;

	4)suggest a extruder system with spring, TPFE tube insde aluminum or stainless steel tube o avoid heat transmit, only PLA filament is heated on the place of melted, other place of not melt should be well cool. Then PLA filament won't stop in the inject tube;

  

	5)should clean the nozzle every short time ,clean some over heat resin carbon particle.

For the last some years, we do hard works to improve PLA formulation to make it better suitable for more and more different 3d printer.

PLA is a crystal material, and as hard as PMMA and PC, together with absord heat will turn from amorphous in room
 temperature to crystal one, and will make jam when 3d print.If without a well cool patch between nozzle and extrude 
entrance , PLA soft point is only 50 degree, extrude to nozzle will affect by heat turn to soft, that also will jam.

We do a lots of works to make PLA less trend to crystal and less trend stick to the PTFE ,aluminum,stainless steel tube.
