Printed Worlds is now open for business!
I've been selling RepRap kits locally for a while, and I have now set up a proper web store to reach a wider audience.
We are selling Prusa Mendel i2 kits for £500
All kits include the following:
* Printed parts, in colour of your choice.
-- (Subject to availability – currently we only have white, but more choice coming soon!)
* Hardware kit
-- All the nuts, bolts, rods, motors and so on that you’ll need.
* Sanguinololu kit
-- We pre-solder the FTDI chip, and can provide the board ready-assembled on request.
* J-Head Mk V-B hotend
* Heated build plate
* USB cable
* Some PLA feedstock to get started with
* Comprehensive E-Mail support
I'm busy building up initial stock, so there is a lead time of around 3 weeks before orders will be shipped. More products will also be slowly making their way into the store, along with complete build documentation for the printers.
If you are local to Exeter, UK, I'm going to be running workshops on a regular basis, where you can come to get help with your printer (bought from us or not!) or just to say hello. More details will follow shortly.
