You can't subtract a solid from a mesh, and that mesh isn't manifold (there's gaps in the surface) so 123d can't convert the mesh to a solid. You might be able to fix the mesh with Meshmixer, but honestly it's simple enough you can probably re-draw the block in 123d in about 15 minutes and then subtract the cylinder from it.
