Made up a nice concept/invention for these Tiko3d guys Was ment as a gift, told them to put some patents on it (3 days ago - today is Tuesday after Easter), this reprap opensource community is letdown anyway.. And as for sure you will not have the happiness to build on the concept image, do not expect me to post in this thread again.
Tiko3d do not want my help, so i post it here to prevent patenting smiling smiley

They didn't like Tesla's ideas!!

So
Have you made a prototype?

Multicolor -- what kind of valve will accommodate 4, 5 different colors or materials (support PVA)

What type Capacitive level detector? Does it work with ABS, PLA, Nylon, Polycarb?
Most Capacitive level sensors need rod to bottom?
Might be easier to just count particles with optical interupter?
With optical sensor may be able to discern color of particles?

Will a Vibratory pump work and provide pressure to extrude material
and not clog up (inlet valve, outlet valve)

So the particles just drop into top of pump with gravity?
How do you isolate cold feeder from hot melt pump 25 deg C vs 260 deg C
Thermal isolation ALWAYS a problem.

I say --- build a prototype work out the bugs -- manufacture them sell them
pay enormous taxes --- get bought by a big firm --- yes!
