Introducing a new extruder

A little design preview of our new extruder. Still in early alpha. In case of the whole design concept we considered essential aspects like performance, quality and flexibility. We also consider things like custom and delivery fees and of course user friendliness. The hopper in this current version is actually just for presentation purpose. The "release" version will have a direct connection to a compounder. Unfortunately the picture is a bit warped ( a slightly fish eye effect) because I accidently used a wide angle lense.



current features:
- The extruder is controlled by arduino and a touch screen.
- Calculated Outputrate of about 0,5 tons per day of bubble free, clean, high quality filament or pellets
- Modular construction (easily add compounders, pelletizers, pullers and so on to your production line)
- AC Motor 220V / 400V

features still in development:
- double degassing zone
