I have looked at cnc zone and other places for ideas for a modular expandable reprap restrap.
I like milling and circuit board making.
I think the design should need minimal tooling because I am limited on tools and others.
I am tempted to build my first 3 axis robot using 8020 because it is very modular and repeatable. But I use linux and only have it on my machine does anyone know a good cad for something like this in the open source relm?
I also wondered if squair steel tubing could provide a bolt together solution with plate for a restrap needing only a drill press and hack saw.
cnc zone also has a zip set of plans for cnc plasma cutter that would have the beef for a multiple tool or changing tool robot cnc.
What are the requirements for the cnc code and arduino stuff can it be a mill?
