PTFE Issue in Huxley

Hi

I have RepRapPro Huxley, recently due to some issue I have PTFE tube coming out of the Brass Retainer fiting into the Extruder drive assembly.

I am able to thread the PTFE in Brass Retainer, but later when i am trying to drill it using 2mm bit and hand drill, I end up breaking the tube. Tried it couple of times and now my tube is too short, so have to order a new one. I want to know what is the best way to fix the tube in brass nosle.

Also any idea where can i find a hand chuck like this one in UK.
[reprap.org]

'Hand Chuck' googling return results related to hand drill only.

Thanks

The small ones are known as "pin chucks".

I tried to tighten the drill bit with little extra effort it developed a crack on its tip.
