Using endstop connector to control 5V relay

Using endstop connector to control 5V relay
November 21, 2017 10:36AM
Hi all. I know I have sinned by buying a board that is not well accepted here. I didn't know when I bought it. The retailer I bought it from marked it as an open source board that was well supported by the smoothie community. I didn't know better till after I bought and began using it.

I tried to be a good boy and sort my problems out myself using documentation and support from MKS but one thing has me stumped.

With Arduino Mega/ Ramps combinaiton, I was able to control my 5V relay by plugging S/VCC/and Ground into an unused endstop and mapping the hotend pin to that. Now when I try with this smoothie board, It doesn't work like that anymore. The relay stays on no matter what I try. I have tried inverting, the signal, using an o etc. Can somebody point me in the right direction? It seems to be a simple enough thing to do.

Here's my config file.
