Ajax error when accessing SD card
December 20, 2016 10:45AM
I need a few pointers on this issue. I saw a similar issue posted here about 6 months ago but the solution in that case ended up being a folder not named correctly on the SD card (gcode instead of gcodes). I checked mine and it is right though so I have a different issue apparently. Symptoms are pretty much the same though. I am connected on web interface everything responds well including movement, temp, fans, even uploading gcodes to SD card to start a print works. However, if I click on the tab to open the gcodes folder OR if I click on the config file tab under settings, it stalls and then AJAX error boots me. Here is the result of an M122 command:

Hopefully chrishamm will be along soon to respond to this. Please state your DWC and firmware versions.

If you access the Duet through FTP (e.g. using Filezilla), does the directory structure look normal?

Not using FTP. My duet 0.8.5 is hooked up to a router which is hooked up to my university's network. I had out IT guy set it up. He used port forwarding to do it. But I also checked it with a shared internet connection straight out of my laptop's ethernet port to the duet and it was still doing it so I didn't think the port forwarding would be the problem.
