Einsy RAMBO and power loss / crash recovery

I was really impressed when I saw the Prusa i3 MK3 has the ability to recover a print after both mains power loss and a disturbance in the X or Y axis. Ever since, I've been wanting to implement that on my generic i3-based printer.

I'm willing to replace my driver board, and recently saw the Einsy RAMBO 1.1 is for sale by ultimachine.com. To my knowledge it's the same board that drives the Prusa MK3, and has the Trinamic motor drivers that allow stall detection, and a 'power panic' input pin.

My question is, has the standard Marlin firmware implemented these features, which I think were initially only available in Prusa's own fork of Marlin? It's surprisingly hard to find clear information one way or the other.
