How can I change the FAN blow in Marlin 1.1.4 ?

Hello I have a GEEETech prusa i3 pro B
The fans are always rotating and I need to invert the blow direction. Is the Fastio.h the problem?

Far as I know the only way to reverse the direction of a muffin fan is to reverse the power to the fan pins.

no... worse than that, fans only blow one way. the only way to change the direction is to physically turn the fan over so the fan label is now on the other side.
