Kossel Pro (by renren3d) HELP me with auto leveling

Hi Guys,
Please help me because I'm very sad for the results.

I bought the Kossel Pro from renren3d with Marlin firmware and the printer is very good, but I have many many problem with the autoleveling process.

The renren3d technical assistance is very bad, there is a forum but never replied regarding my problem. Following the Kossel Pro manual, there is a Autoleveling procedure but doesn't work correctly.

The manual provides self-detection based on 3 points, but it does not work at all, it is a useless calibration.

Please can you help me for to insert inside my firmware a "strong" solution for autoleveling?

In attach the original manual with the autoleveling procedure:

Only in the Bed Center is perfect the printer:

On the left side it crushes too much and does not come out of the plastic, while on the right side it is too high:

Bring up UBL in the current firmware. It was originally written to 'fix' a very low quality Geeetech Delta printer....

Inside my Marlin Firmware I haven't the UBL configuration, but only "#define ENABLE_AUTO_BED_LEVELING"

Please can you explain me the steps for add the UBL configuration?
