1.1.8 wont upload

I downloaded the latest version to try out the mesh bed leveling but i can not get it to upload to my machine. When i click upload it stops in the "SanityCheck.h" file on the line that reads "static_assert(X_MAX_LENGTH >= X_BED_SIZE && Y_MAX_LENGTH >= Y_BED_SIZE," .

I have modified the bed size and software limits in configuration.h to no avail.

If i try and upload from a fresh download without modifying anything in the configuration.h file it still stops at the same place.

Am i missing something or there is a problem with the current software version.

What are those lines set to?

It seems to be saying that you have setup the x/y axis to be operating outside the size of the bed.

what size is your bed, what size does Marlin think your bed is.. how far is Marlin allowed to move x and y axis...

If you post your configuration.h will have a look see what is going on. Need the Version of marlin 1.1.X you are working with.
May also help to know What 3D Printer you are working to install Marlin onto.

I updated my Arduino to the latest version and it seemed to get rid of a lot of the compiling errors. Have other problems now but i will make a new thread for that.
