G33 gives not correct nozzle height wenn leveled

Hi all,
I go tan Anycubic Linear Plus.
When I calibrate the printer with PROBE_MANUAL, everything is fine. It is a lot of work but it is doing well.
If I define BILINEAR, the problem starts.
If I do a G33 P1I get a height of 220 (just for explanation)
My Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -20.0.
Now if I stop it with M500 and read it with M503, everything is fine
but the nozzle is not going to correct place with G1 Z0 I am off to one or the other site.

Marlin is 1.1.8

My assumption is, that the calibration stops at 200mm and the display is showing 220mm due to the Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -20.0
So if I do a G1 Z0, I do expect the nozzle just right above the build plate,

Further more, how do I get the paper under the nozzle. Because the calculation is 0.0 which is correct.
I would assume, that I have to have the paper under the sensor (it is an ordinary switch)

Can one explain me a kind of HOWTO or give me a link for reading?
I spend a bunch of hours to get this auto bed leveling up and running .

I view all YT videos about it, I read almost any page in the net (Marlin hints included) but never got it right.

Thanks in advance
Frank
