I just had this weird issue with a new 3D printer with 1.1.3
I copied my steps/mm from one firmware (1.1.3) to a new machine (1.1.3), both with the same setup titan extruder.
When I checked the extruder calibration by telling it to extrude 100mm it was short. I had to add about 7% more to the steps/mm to get it to extrude 100mm. I thought... huh maybe the hob bolt is a little out.
So I just went back to my first machine and it is the same @ about 7% out.
Since I updated the first machine a week ago I had been thinking it was under extruding but I was printing Flexible PLA so I dismissed it.
I will do a calibration block to check X,Y and Z but it's night here (Australia) so I have to wait till tomorrow.
