Do I have to change anything on marlin if i use DVR 8825 AND A4988 together on ramps 1.4 board

No, I use 8825 for all the axes, and a 4988 for the extruder. All you really need to do is get the steps per millimeter correct.

Thanks , one more thing I fried my mega while connecting end stops I bought a new mega but now my extruder 0 isn't working I want to use the second extruder on ramps ,can you please tell what changes do I have to make on marlin ?
