CHCH meetup 2017

Anyone interested in a Christchurch reprap meeting

Currently its just a Idea

Venue is more or less sorted, for a gold coin donation for attendees/participants

I thinking in about 3 months Mid august, plenty of time to get the word out. I’m currently thinking A Saturday afternoon. So setup Saturday morning.


Just a general get together, show off latest reprap printers or printed related projects. Interested parties are welcome


Ill probably bring my Prusa mk2 upgrade to full printer conversion. and perhaps the CoreXY hypercube.

Heya, since you mentioned your CoreXY I just thought I'd post to say I've enjoyed following the progress of the CoreXY build on your blog. Needs a video of it in action though!!

I'd be keen. I'd bring along my briefcase 3D printer. My main machine is much less portable now that it is in a plywood enclosure in my workshop.

CoreXY is on my to-do list for a larger format machine but I have too many projects in front of it to become a reality anytime soon.

I'd be keen. Depending on when/where it is I may be able to fit it around work and stuff. I'd love to see some other people from CHCH and what they're up to with reprap.
