Problem using temperature over 220C

I have using the default configuration of the PID for the hot end
M301 H1 P12 I0.4 D80 W180 B300
When i set the temperature to be 200-220C it goes excellent. When i set the temperature over 230C, it overshoot
and after 4-6 min goes to 300C.
I have done some testing reducing by a factor of 2 the P and increase the value of D but the results are the same .
Have anyone using different values for the PID?

I don't have a Fisher, but I did some research on PID in RepRapFirmware over a year ago, and I introduced additional terms to get more accurate temperature control over a wider range of temperatures. I suggest you try reducing B to 30 and I to 0.1. If that results in stable temperature control, then there are fine adjustments that can be made to deal with any residual undershoot or overshoot.

After many hours my experiments find the following configuration:
M301 H1 P12 I0.2 D10 W180 B30
