can somebody check the fisher .ini file for slic3r on the reprappro github as i cant get it open ,but the other .ini files will. Thanks in advance.

Did you used RAW or direct export from the first page ?
The first link sends you to an HTML viewer, so you cannot download file directly, you must follow the link and than download the RAW.
