Hello all:
I have reworked this reprapguru i3 which was is a version with a tornado extruder assembly, bl touch and the e3d v6. Electrical and mechanically everything working great until it comes time for the printing to happen.
I have done many jobs on this and nothing comes during the print job. With manual control the filament extrudes out with no problem and even turning the gear, no issues. I have checked throughly for clog and misalignment and nothing has been found at all. I have never had an issue like this before and I wonder if it has to do with the e3d v6 some how.
When the job is running, the main gear the feeds in the filament really doesn't seem to be taking anything down into the nozzle. I have seen on other printers where those drive gears are turning and this one just jerks a little, which is contrary to when is manually controlled and it can flow all.day long. Would someone be able to get back to me.on this? I'm totally confused and been struggling with this for months.
