Anet A8 Y axis belt

I'm in the middle of building my Anet A8 and I didn't know if this was an issue or not. The Y axis belt is not perfectly even overy itself so when I run the bed all the way up to theight top, the belt almost wants to pop off the motor as you can see in the picture. Is this normal or should the top part of the belt be even over the bottom part the whole way?

If it is wrong, how do I fix it?

loose the set screw on the pulley and move it further up the shaft, the belt should be sitting in the middle.

One way to find the correct spot is the looses the set screw so the pulley is free to move, and move the bed from one end to the other a couple of times, watch the pulley and you will see it move and stay in the ideal location
