Found this nice little sketch that worked like a charm. Punched in my settings and away it went.

I've been all over google and these forums. Every solution I find isn't fixing my problem. I'm almost there. As of right now G28 homes all axis. G29 goes to the middle, probes, and then with out lifting between the next 3 spots, it probes again in all 3 spots. The servo arm goes up and down, but the Z height is not going up. This makes the probes useless since it's just triggering the end stop where ever the arm goes down. I'll link a YouTube video with what happens. I'm about to go back to manually setting the bed

Yep, an older version seems to work well 
I've read they are changing the auto bed leveling code and looks like it's a bit buggy at the moment. I'm still using a year old build without any issues
