Can someone post a picture of their rear end? I can't seem to figure out a good way to prevent the wires from being possibly pulled into the pully under the heat bed...

It depends on your printer structure type though, shouldn't you be posting your printer as well so that we are able to provide you an alternative to it? By the way, here's my setup in video, I didn't run the wire underneath the bed [youtu.be]

You want a nice big curve of wire, maybe 6 to 12 inches diameter, so that no single part of it flexes too much.

I keep my thermistor wire away from by heater wire.

A cable chain like this [www.thingiverse.com] would work. If you search for one with your printer name you will probably find the right one.
