Extruder question

So's, I have a dual extrusion printer that I am putting together for the first time and when I was putting it together one of the Hobbed inserts was messed up. Trying to "fix it" also messed up the bolt...

I have a Boden extruded with geared extrusion


So, I have two options:

1. Get the Hobbed insert and bolt for the printer.. By the time I factor in shipping this is around $25usd. Have to ship it in from UK or CHina

2. Go direct drive Boden, I can get a complete kit for 40 on eBay from a locally based shipper...



But, right now I'd rather not spend 80, since the other extruder is working. Will that be ok?

Hi,

I don't know the feeders of your links.
I've tryed a bunch feeders then stopped on the wade type.
It works just fine, first time, any time.
