Y carriage model

Hi, I am pretty new to the whole reprap forum thing, but I hope this is in the right place.

I've got my prusa i3 for a while now and am really enjoying it, but the acrilic Y carriage is starting to warp due to the temperatures of the heated bed. I have acces to a laser cutter so I tought of cutting a new carriage from aluminium but I can't find the model for the carriage anywhere.
Does anyone have experience with this, found the model?
