This is probably a dumb question but i cannot find the answer anywhere. I recently replaced the board on my prusaI3. I changed from a RAMPS 1.4, which worked, to a mks base v1.5. No when i home the axes and start printing, the home coordinates say that they are 45 and not 0. The print looks like it is printing fine, but it is 45MM towards the X home. I cannot find the setting in marlin to get this to change. For some more information, i am using octoprint to upload the prints to the machine. Any ideas?
