Clogged hotend? Flsun prusa i3

I have a flsun prusa i3 with a cheap e3dv6 hotend. I changed hotend because the old one leaked and got really messed up (this has happened 4 times).
The new hotend seems to be clogged or could it be that the cooling of the hotend is bad, the extruder or something. I also bought a new ptfe tube and a connector for the extruder because the old one had a loose connection.

The image shows some messed up prints.

I think it looks like under extrusion, on this page:

Will try to increase extrusion multiplier in slicr or do some cold pulls.

" cheap e3dv6 hotend" in the same sentence grinning smiley cheap V6!

"or could it be that the cooling of the hotend is bad,"
possible you checked to see if its blowing air onto the HE, not be first to reverse wire a fan.
hotend come with shroud? always help directing the air flow

you measured to see if the extruder moves 10mm of filament when asked,

whats your retraction setting could be you retracting to much.
first thing I do is confirm am not under extruding as affa mentions
increase temp to 210C " pla I assume
do the 50mm bridging test of thingiverse
tweak the retraction. drop to .8 it be stringy but it exclude retraction if it jams again
and i've set the right nozzle orifice in the slicer

the hotend comes with a liner through the heatbreak.? all metal china made are naff you need the liner type.. else polish it.
