MEGATRONIX 3.0 Shematic

Hi guys
I've bought MEGATRONX 3.0 3D printer board.But i didn't find any schematic reference for Altium disigner.So i want to know is there any schematic for Altium designer?
Or any schematic about MEGATRONIX 3.0 ? My main problem is about connecting keypad and rotary encoder to it.Help me please.

It's for megatronicsv2 but I think LCD & KEYPAD pinouts are the same.
Do you have any information about connecting rotary encoder to keypad?
My rotary encoder has just 3 output.
