New Igus bearings, new rods, still sticking/stuttering problem

About a month ago my printer (a reprapguru Prusa kit) started to have sticking issues with the existing bearings. I figured the bearings were going, so I went all in and replaced all of them with the Igus ones: [www.amazon.com]

Stuttering problem still exists. So now it's time to replace all the rods....

That fixed the stuttering on all axis but my Y. Anytime it homes back to place, it generally sticks at the last 2 or 3 cm right as it gets close to the y-sensor
I've tried re-squaring the straight and screw rods as much as I can. Still having this reoccuring issue.

Do I need to go to an aluminum base instead of the acrylic? I really didn't think there would be enough flex there to affect things.

Any other ideas?

Your Y rods are not parallel?

How are your bearings fixed? And how meany bearings are you running?

Normally for linear motion the bearings on one rail are fixed (tight, cant move, ect) while the bearings on the other rail are floating (have a bit of play). This helps to account for any small changes in the distance between the roads.

If all your bearings are tight, and your rods are not 100% parallel (Trust me they never will be) this will cause your problem.
