I have tried all the processes for setting up the auto bed leveling in Marlin and I am having issues. I home x and y and then home z and I have set the nozzle to just drag on a piece of paper but when I do a G28 Z or a G29 to auto bed level the first probing the nozzle hits the bed but on the second probing it doesn't. Any help would be great. Blow is a video of what I am talking about.
Looks like you need move the Z axis up a bit before you start the probing, (if the probe is already triggered when you send a G29, then it will hit the bed)
Try sending
G28 Z
G1 Z10
G29
