Prusa Single Frame - Heated bed screw touching frame

Hi, I have just finished assembling my printer but I found a problem. The screws used for holding the heated bed in position touch the frame when they move forward and the bed is not able to reach the final position. Did I made something wrong or I have the wrong model of frame for this bed?
Regards, Bruno.

Your guide rails are probably not orthogonal. They should all be perpendicular to each other. If they aren't you will have this type of problem.

If everything is squared and still hits just file that edge off to make it work.
I had to do the same thing to my kit.

IMHO you tightened the springs too much that hold the heatbed.

If you file down the frame, make enough room for a nyloc nut to pass. That will help you to level the bed.

I cut a lot of the frame and now it works perfect, thanks.
