hi all my 3d printer is this

melzi controller (no name copy)
H framed
trapazoid Z axis
Now , it came with trapezoid screws but the brass fitting are wrong so as a temp fitting i fitted M8 studding and it kind of worked but now i have fitted the correct trapazoid lead screws and the prints are awful - the Z axis moves up far too quickly - i would changed the z axis speed in the firmware but this is proving impossible.
Arduino rarely compiles without errors but if it does then the repeater firmware is the only one that does but this won't up load - ATmega168_atmega1284p.hex missing
