x motor polulu was not set high enough. Z needed a tweek too.
I found that measuring to 4v wasnt enough. I had to set them all to +10vdc.
The extruder still give chatter under slightest load.
Today the hotend is not keeping setting temperature. It drifts to room temp like it is dead. Found the cause: The wires were exposed against the hotend mount, shorting it out.
The teflon tube that was covering them melted. I taped them up with thermal tape.
The hotend also came loose.
The axis boundaries are overlapping with the bed clips.Smaller clips are in store.
