Kossel 2020 issues

I recently built a Folgertech Kossel 2020 Rev B kit. It's built and the firmware that was supplied is loaded. I set the initial delta values based on the dimensions of the printer, but I am having an issue where the carriages move down when homing instead of up towards the endstops. It's using an Arduino Mega 2560 and RAMPS 1.4. Have any of you folks seen this issue before? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Current firmware is attached.

Try turning the motor connectors on the ramps 180 degrees.

There's also a delta specific part of this forum.

Also, you want to test that the limit switches are actually connected and enabled in your code.

Try pressing the limit switch and see if M119 gives you a different set of values than not pressed.

I have the motor plugs oriented per the instructions. Well, that is unless they are wrong in all the pictures included in the manual. Also, I have checked the endstop switches and they are reporting correctly when triggered. I will try reversing them and see what happens. Thanks.

I had that issue as well, but I noticed also that if the belts are attached to the carriages different than the instructions then that would also flip the direction. Are your belts exactly the same as the pictures?
