Pressure advance someone?

Hi,

Im playing around with the pressure advance setting in slicer. Sailfish has it, smoothieware has it so I guess its time to start using it.

I saw these nice images here and thats exactly what I have in my prints as well.

http://reprap.org/pipermail/reprap-dev/2011-May/003323.html this is the link that is in marlin itself but it only says the "k-value" is specific to your extruder.
I played around with it and test a value of 1 which was way to extreme. It pulled the filament out of the heat break after 4-5 retractions.

Has anyone some insights or more experiences with that?
