thermister question.

Hello, I just purchased an e3d v6 lite, and I noticed it has a positive and negative (red/black) lead for the tyermister. The thermister that came with my printer can only go in one way and the wires are one color, so if I were to put it in wrong, would it damage it in any way? Thank you for any answers.

No not at all it will just output a variable resistance depending on the Temp.

Do not worry about reversing it.
