Are you printing in PLA or ABS?

ABS

Ok, I think 70C is going to be too low for ABS, have you tried 100C for your bed temp yet? When I look at the photo is looks like the right edge of the print curled up off the glass during printing. Are you using anything for adhesion to the bed?

Yes that print I used Hairspray... but I have also used a glue stick with similar results. I have not tried 100c yet. Its normally the taller prints that gives me issues.

When i feel the area that separated it feels loose like it didnt stick at all to the layer below it. Will the bed transfer the heat through all the layers?

Taller prints would give you issues because the curling the edges are experiencing will bend up and eventually the nozzle can bump into them and knock the print right off the bed. I've never had luck with gluestick, but hairspray has been working really well for me. I use a generous spraying of about 3 layers and have been getting great adhesion. Additionally, you should really try 100C and see if that helps, it doesn't transfer through the layers, but it does keep the first few layers warm enough so that they don't shrink and pop off the bed.

I will give it a shot tonight. Thanks for your help. I will let you know how it turns out.

Test each color of filament. I have PLA filament that pints differently for each. Also, not certain of the accuracy of my printer's temperature reading. For me, the translucent red PLA is 180C, black PLA I have is 185C, glow in the dark green PLA is 190C, white PLA is 205C, Magenta PETG is best for me at 220C--sticker on it says best at 230C-250C. It sputtered and was super stringy at that temp. I know what 'values' work for my printer with which color by testing each one.

I built a test print that I then manual changed the gcode temp every 5mm to test a range of temps on one print.

Recommend temps are just to get you started.
