Hello RepRappers. I have finally managed to complete building the Prusa i3v by Makerfarm. The assembly and parts look great, by the way, fast shipping, quality service and troubleshooting by them is great, I am impressed. But I have an issue that needs the respond of more than one person, so I will go ahead and post it here.
I tried my first print with the heat bed being about half a millimeter away from nozzle. At first, it put a perfect layer of filament on the heated glass, did a full round, then, on the second round, the nozzle started to scratch off the printed line from the glass, the plastic started to barely extrude and filament started to curl up on the tip of the nozzle. It just kept yielding and curling. I did o couple more tries, no luck. The filament wouldnt just go all the way down to glass and stick to it. Any idea what kind of adjustments should I do?
