I am not very familiar with Cura but somewhere in it there should be settings with the size of the print bed and where the center is located, this has probably been changed by accident.
I downloaded Slicer and gave it a try. Same issue with print. It tried to print about an inch and a half off to the left of the plate. I know I'm just overlooking something somewhere that is an easy fix. I for some reason just can't seem to figure this one out..
