Can you switch D8 and D9 for hotbed control?

I had a piece of wire drop down on my ramps board and it blew out the traces on the circuit board for D8. Does anyone know how to switch the heatbed output to D9? I switched it in pins.h, but the duty cycle is very low on D9 and I can't find where to change this. I can turn it on with manual command and its fine, but the LED barely flickers when I click the "Set" button in pronterface. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

You cant just swap over like this..

D8 is on the 11amp circuit
D9 an D10 are on the 5amp circuit

The 5amp poly fuse will just heat up and probably burn.

The PCB tracks in general are not big enough for 11amp, so re wiring is also not straight forward.
You can rewire it if you use really think wires to assist the copper tracks on both -ve and +ve lines and swap the +ve to the 11amp side.

Personally I would try fix the 11amp circuit. Replace the blown tracks with thick wires. (remember 11 amp !)
