Not homing in x axis after print despite correct gcode

Hi folks,

I'm having an issue where the hot end remains in one spot touching the print after completion. The heated bed and the hot end remain on as well. Pronterface reports no errors.

I confirmed in slic3r that indeed the the correct gcode is in place to home the x axis and turn off the hot end after completion.

I also looked through the gcode file itself and the correct code is there at the end.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Tried slicing more parts, and problem is only reproducible with one part. Unsure what happened, but going to chalk this one up to a glitch.
