Melzi bootloading problem
May 01, 2014 12:11PM
Hello, guys!
I've bought Mendel Tricolour about year ago and recently got microcontroller (Atmega 1284p) burnt.
So I got a new one, soldere it on the board and faced a lot of problems trying to write the bootloader on it.

I'm using the USBasp programmer and Arduino IDE. I downloaded the sanguino folder from the RepRapPro github, added it to the Arduino\hardware\arduino folder and chosen board: Melzi 1284p 16mhz, proper COM and programmer: USBasp.
After hitting "Burn bootloader" button and waiting for a couple minutes i get message:

avrdude: warning: cannot set sck period. please check for usbasp firmware update.

And still can't upload even simple blink test firmware, getting:

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00
Anyone can help me with this, please?
