Calibration - overhangs, bridge, retraction

Hey, i have problem with overhangs (mainly) and bridging... Im trying many settings (speed, retraction etc) but i dont know what should help. Check out my photos: [picasaweb.google.com]

now I use pronterface and slic3r, Prusa i3 box frame, 0.5 nozzle j-head, 0.3mm layer, 0.3 infill rectilinear, speed 30 for perimeters and 50 for infill (40mm/s bridges) retraction 3.5mm 25mm/s Im printing in ABS 230 hotend and 90 hotbed on capton tape/glass
What settings I must change? calibration - never ending story

Thanks.

It's a bit hard to see in the pictures, but how are your settings doing for ooze? With that much retraction is seems like you are fighting a filament / setup that tends to drip a bit...

I dont have problems with oozing, now I decrease printing temperature but overhangs>55* doesnt look good.

Maybe I should change bridge flowrate? this longer overhangs its printing as a bridge...

Or maybe...

Bridge like this: [www.thingiverse.com] finnaly printing very good ( little drop down in the middle)
retraction is good now i thing - zero strings/oozes

im trying to print this: [www.thingiverse.com]
With 0.4 nozzle 0.3layer 0.42 extrusion width this part was printed very well, unfortunately i must change it to 0.5 nozzle hotend

Now Im using 0.5 mm Jhead mk4 nozzle 0.3 mm layer and 0.6mm extrusion width, maybe with this printing settings is impossible to print long overhangs without supports?
