Can the hotend be disabled somewhere in the Repetier 08 a look at manual control tells 410 the heat bed semms to work but something is wrong.

Does the temperature of the hot end read around room temperature?

If it's reading 410C (as opposed to error code 410) as a temperature on the display, that probably means your thermistors are plugged in the wrong place or are not wired properly (open circuit).
