Hello everyone, i am a noob and i am building a reprap I2 , i already finish everything and i want to run my 3d printer without the hot bed, but i dont know what i have to do in order it function well, i think that i had to configure the firmware in this case Marlin latest version, but dont know how. So i need some help. The reason of work without the hotbed is because a ran out of cash and i dont have it, my ramps are 1.4 and i am using Marlin firmware.

i hope anyone can help me , i wil apreciate it. thanks

Many people aren't using heatbed to print PLA. But don't get ABS, you are going to have a bad time!

Just set the heatbed temperature to 0 in your slicing program, it should be fine. If not, in your Marlin firmware (I suggest to use Sprinter), find the thermistor for heatbed and make sure there are no thermistor assigned (usually 0)
