Hi,
I've been making tests with experimental and economic hotend for a while and it is going great.
I still have a few issues when a print has been done. When the hotend cools and I start an other print, it is quite often jammed.
The hotend is an all metal hotend and the inside surface finish has been carefully polished.
I had problem with previous hotends having a bad surface finish, I couldn't even retract more than 0.25mm. Now it is doing fine with retraction.
