Looks like mine when I don't have the temperatures right. Unfortunately that's hard to diagnose without a decent amount of information. I'm guessing you're using ABS? The heated bed may not be hot enough, the bed surface may be dirty or the wrong material, the printhead moving too fast, Z-axis not calibrated properly... the list is fairly large.
Again assuming ABS, if you're confident your print bed & extruder are at the correct temperatures, give your model 3+ loops on the skirt (Slic3r terminology) at 30mm/s & adjust the Z axis to make sure it's really pressing the molten plastic into the build plate. Usually mine gums up for the first few cm, wipes itself clean on the Kapton tape, and starts adhering. Hence, the loops get a good flow going before it starts printing the object.
